Characteristic

The machine consists of film Lapel forming bag maker, plate vertical seal, plate transverse seal system, photoelectric control system, multi-functional cutter device, and safe assembly of the whole machine.
The concave-convex plate is used in former, which can effectively reduce the friction of the packaging film transmission and scratches on the finished bag surface. The contact parts with materials are all made of stainless steel 304.
The result part of the main engine is designed according to the way that it can be assembled as back-seal packaging, as well as three-side seal packaging and four-side seal packaging. It has excellent versatility.
The machine adopts the centralized control of PLC, touch screen man-machine interface, servo drive and pneumatic transmission mode, simple and reliable operation and maintenance.
The machine can also be matched according to the characteristics of the packed materials and other ways of measuring cup device and feeding auxiliary equipment.
