Characteristic and performance

HZF series cup filling and sealing machine is mainly suitable for filling various liquid and solid materials such as jelly, milk, juice, condiments, sauces, soy milk, instant noodles and powder materials. The whole process of the equipment is automated by feeding cups, filling, photoelectric positioning of sealing film, heat sealing, film cutting, film collecting and cup discharge. Other functions can also be added according to different requirements of customers, such as fruit seeds filling, CIP cleaning, automatic liquid level control, air blowing + vacuum + nitrogen charging, cover, air purification, code-typing or code-jet, cup withdrawal conveying, PLC control system.
