1. Ultra-wide packaging range: No matter with or without eye mark tracking, suitable packaging length range 10MM-6500MM, can customize a longer packaging range.
2. Automatic variable speed cutter; Cutter operates at variable speed, and speed curve is automatically generated without mechanical cam.
3 Faster Line Speed: Line Speed up to 150 meters per minute, high efficiency in long tube packaging.
4. Faster packing speed: Constrained by mechanical endurance, the general packing speed is 300 packages per minute, and the actual control capacity is as high as 1000 packages per minute.
5. High accuracy of eye mark tracking: tracking accuracy is up to 0.2m.
6. Anti-air cutting: If there is no material, the film feeding shaft and cutting knife stop. Push rod continues to run until material is inspected. Film feeding shaft and cutter automatically resume operation.
7 Incorrect packing deviation: If material displacement is detected on the membrane, the cutter stops, and the cutter automatically resumes operation after material discharge.
8. Automatic film connection: built-in automatic film connection function without shutdown.
9. Special functions can be customized: more functions can be customized according to customer requirements.
